Green Beans Potatoes

green beans are among the most iron rich vegetables that can be cooked in different styles in a variety of cuisines. The Indian and Pakistani cuisine, green beans are prepared with traditional spices with minced meat or potatoes. They are also used in salads. This is a green bean potato recipe that is prepared by using spices and herbs and taste great when served with boiled rice. To get the best flavor of curry, use only fresh and thin beans.

Ingredients:
1 / 2 kg beans (cut into small pieces)
3-4 medium sized potatoes (cut into cubes)
2 medium-sized airports (cut into large chunks)
3 medium size tomatoes (cut in large pieces)
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Tyson 1 red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon dill
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 / 2 cup oil

Cooking Instructions:

In a saucepan, cook green beans for 15 minutes and drain off and save all the water in a bowl since we will be using it later. Now in a blender, make a smooth paste of onion and tomatoes do not use more than half a cup of water. In a deep saucepan, heat oil to moderate temperature, and then add the onion tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook the mixture over medium heat for at least 15 minutes, so the sauce becomes red and oil begins to simmer. When the sauce is done, add the potato pieces and water (same water that was used to cook beans) and some potato pieces to cook over medium heat in a sauce, so they become tender. After 15 minutes, add the beans and cooked them mix well with potatoes. Now add rest of spices and herbs or cumin powder, pepper powder, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and dill. Now reduce the flame to very low and cover the pan (add water about half a cup, if necessary, so that the sauce does not stick to the pan). After 5 minutes, when the pleasant scent of herbs can feel from the pan, turn off the flame. Remove the potatoes green beans in a serving bowl and serve with boiled rice or chapati.
